Portion of Sinclair Lane Remains Closed Due to Water Main Break

Detours are expected to be in effect throughout the evening and will impact traffic in this vicinity

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Sinclair Lane is now closed for emergency repairs to a broken water main. 

At this time, Sinclair Lane is closed to through traffic between Coleman and Chesterfield Avenues with detours in effect.  This portion of Sinclair Lane is expected to remain closed throughout the evening and will impact traffic in this vicinity. 

All eastbound Sinclair Lane traffic will be detoured onto Coleman Avenue, and westbound traffic will be detoured onto Chesterfield Avenue.  Motorists are strongly encouraged to plan ahead for the afternoon commute and use alternate routes away from the affected area to avoid congestion and delays.
