Lane Closures and Traffic Flagging Operations to be Implemented Along Portion of Greenmount Avenue

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that lane closures and traffic flagging operations will be implemented this next week along a portion of Greenmount Avenue for roadway milling and paving work.

Starting on or about Monday, August 22, 2022, temporary lane closures will be implemented along Greenmount Avenue between 29th and 35th Streets between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.  During these times, traffic flagging crews will direct motorists through the work zones, which may cause delays along Greenmount Avenue.

These daily lane closures and traffic flagging operations along Greenmount Avenue are expected to be implemented each day through Friday, September 2, 2022, weather permitting.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid possible delays.
